Social Small-Medium Enterprise (SMEs) Internship 2

After completing my last round of internship at 北京环宇祥和健康科技有限公司 (Beijing Huan Yu Xiang He Health Technology Co., Ltd.), I was honored when the CEO invited me to continue volunteering regularly—three times a month—at the new packaging organization we started collaborating with last summer. This opportunity has allowed me to deepen my engagement with the workers and gain further insight into their perseverance, skills, and work ethic. On each visit, I work alongside a group of disabled workers, carefully affixing stickers onto plastic bottles. Same as last time, what struck me most was their dedication and resilience. Despite challenges, they approached their work with a quiet determination, never once showing signs of frustration. Their work was not defined by limitations but rather by efficiency and skill, proving that ability is not constrained by physical conditions.
